Product Introduction

The cow manure dryer can simultaneously dry manure, with a humidity range of 70% -80%, and a safe storage humidity of 13%. The entire process is carried out in a closed system to reduce environmental pollution during the drying process. The equipment mainly consists of a heat source, a feeder, a rotating drum, a discharge machine, a material crushing device, an exhaust fan, a discharge device, and a distribution cabinet; Add the dehydrated wet material to the dryer and evenly distribute it in the drum. When the fabric replicator rotates, the material is evenly distributed in the dryer and comes into complete contact with the hot air, thereby accelerating the heat and mass exchange during drying. During the drying process, the material is discharged onto the star shaped exhaust valve in another part of the dryer under the influence of the inclined plate and high temperature.
